SMP Service department is a fundamental part to the after sale service that we offer here at SMP.  All safes purchased from SMP have 1 Year Warranty.  Within this year SMP aim to solve any problems that our clients may have from key replacements, electronic lock problems, safe replacements or safe moves. 

SMP’s nationwide network of quality skilled locksmiths and safe engineers enables us to undertake all types of service work, from routine service to the complex opening of safes with no keys or codes through non destructive methods. 

The ever increasing requirement to gain access to safes via non destructive methods has brought SMP to the forefront of the service industry.  Our team have the skills and equipment to manipulate or pick most old or modern safe locks.  SMP will not compromise the security of your equipment when carrying out any type of maintenance work.  Wherever possible we aim to achieve no drilling, no mess, no repairs and no downgrading of your equipment by insurance companies, operating a first visit fix policy.
